STEP 1. LOG IN WITH YOUR LOGIN DETAILS

You have received an email with a link to your retailer control panel: admin.mobility-loyalty.co.za.

We have emailed your username and password to the provided email address.

If you have not received your login details Click Here to request them and we will resend your login details.

STEP 2. GET TO KNOW THE DASHBOARD

  1. Menu: Use this to navigate back to the dashboard or to sign out.
  2. Branch Manager:  Add your company’s details and physical address by adding a branch.  You are welcome to add multiple branches.
  3. Coupons: Load your deals
  4. Products: Showcase your products.
  5. Return Home.
  6. Log Out.

STEP 3. LOADING BRANCHES

  1. Tap/click on the branch Icon , to open the Branch’s Tab.
  2. On the Branch’s tab, tap/on “New Branch”.
  3. You will now be able to load all your shop’s information.
  4. Enter your address into the “Search for an address” field and the system will automatically populate the rest.
  5. Note: if you have an online shop, you do not require to load your physical address.
  6. Click Save.
  7. To add a new branch, just tap on “New Branch”
  8. When you have loaded all your branches, tap on the Home icon to return home.

STEP 4. LOADING VOUCHERS, COUPONS AND DEALS.

  1. On the Dashboard, tap/click on the branch Icon to open the Branch’s Tab.
  2. On the voucher’s tab, tap “New Voucher”.

Voucher Details

  1. Title: Use this field to describe your voucher.
  2. Code: Here you enter the coupon code, voucher code, or any unique identifier for users to claim your deal.
  3. Discount: Enter the discount amount
  4. Format: Select if its a percentage or a Rand value.
  5. Categories: Click on the Dropdown arrow, and select any categories that represent your products associated with your deal.
  6. Tags: This is to make your voucher searchable. Enter as many key phrases as you need to for your voucher to appear when a user uses the search function.
  7. Start date & Expiry Date: Enter the start date of the voucher and the end date.
    NB: Once your coupon has expired, it will automatically be disabled and will no appear on the app. You will have to log on and re-enable the voucher and set a new expiry date.
  8. Save the voucher.
  9. Add more vouchers: You can add as many vouchers as you like just repeat these steps.

ACTIVATE YOUR VOUCHERS

On the vouchers tab, you will see the voucher is greyed out. This means that it is not active.
1. Click on the 3 dots on the right-hand side of the grey bar .

2. Select Enable Voucher and the voucher will turn dark grey.

Note: You can also use the (dot menu) to go back into a voucher and edit it.

Link vouchers to branches

  1. On the dashboard, click on the Branch icon
  2. Select the branch that you would like to allocate the voucher to.
  3. On the branch page, at the bottom tap on the “Linked Vouchers” drop-down, and select the vouchers you wish to link to the specific branch.
  4. Click Save.

STEP 5. Showcasing products

  1. Tap/click on the branch Icon , to open the Products Tab.
  2. Title: Provide a description of your product.
  3. Categories: Select categories that relate to your product.
  4. Tags: Provide tags to make your product searchable
  5. Upload Image: Select and image from your files and click on Upload Image to upload.
  6. Start Date & Expiry Date: Select a date from when to show the product and when it will expire.
  7. Click Save.

ACTIVATE YOUR products

On the Products tab, you will see the voucher is greyed out. This means that it is not active.
1. Click on the 3 dots on the right-hand side of the grey bar .

2. Select Enable Product and the voucher will turn dark grey.

Note: You can also use the (dot menu) to go back into a Product to edit it.
